When I create sculptures I think of them as 3-dimensional paintings. I use the golden ratio for the different components so one measurement informs the next, and everything must work together in harmony, from the scale of the shapes to the painted patterns.  Aluminum and stainless steel give a different feeling from the ceramics which in turn feel very different from the ones crafted from wood, but they all relate to each other through my specific use of geometry.  Click below for a selection of works.
